DCMT Series Automatic Power Transfer System consists of a controller, adapters and operating circuit breakers.
In addition to the matched operating circuit breakers, mainstream circuit breakers from domestic and international manufacturers (such as EMax, MT, 3WT, M-PACT, DW45, CW1, RMW2, etc.) can also be used.
After being equipped with adapters, the operating circuit breakers are connected to the controller via control cables.
The controller detects parameters such as the voltage of the incoming power supply and automatically completes the corresponding transfer process according to the set logic program.
Controller
● Monitors various electrical parameters of the incoming power supply, including amplitude, frequency and phase.
● Initiates power transfer operation when the power status exceeds the preset thresholds.
● Supports automatic transfer and manual transfer.
● Type B supports manual parallel transfer.
● Wide voltage input range, capable of stable operation under long-term overvoltage.
● Provides logic interlock to ensure safe transfer.
● Supports customized action logic.
Adapter
● Conditions the sampled voltage signals of the power supply for comparison and judgment by the controller.
● Serves as an important part of electrical interlocking.
● Conditions control signals to ensure high reliability of system operation.
● Capable of stable operation under long-term overvoltage.
Operating Circuit Breaker
● Class CB standard products are equipped with air circuit breakers; Class PC standard products are equipped with load switches.
● The system is compatible with circuit breakers from mainstream manufacturers at home and abroad, such as EMax, MT, 3WT, M-PACT, DW45, CW1, RMW2, etc.
