Uninterrupted Switching
● One-key uninterrupted switching during normal switching operations.
● When a voltage sag occurs due to grid disturbance, the system quickly switches to the standby incoming line without interruption, ensuring that high and low voltage frequency converters do not shut down, control circuits do not release, and there is no switching overvoltage or inrush current on the load bus.
Photoelectric Contact Control
● The system adopts photoelectric fusion control technology, where core devices and circuit breakers use direct optical fiber control. It also features an optical closed-loop start function, providing excellent EMC performance and fundamentally improving system stability.
Intelligent Protection
● The FSC medium and low voltage uninterrupted switching cabinet is equipped with an independent microcomputer integrated protection device. The uninterrupted switching control system and relay protection system are completely independent, greatly improving cabinet reliability. It can quickly identify internal and external voltage sag faults, provide circuit breaker body protection, and generate temperature and humidity alarms inside the cabinet.
Disturbance Recording
● Automatic recording is triggered by bus voltage disturbance and switching start. It holographically records voltage, current, and circuit breaker position, and supports local printing or remote transmission of recording data, facilitating grid disturbance monitoring, switching process inversion, and switching disturbance analysis.
Remote Maintenance
● The cabinet is standard with dual RS485 communication and dual 100M Ethernet ports, supporting common communication protocols. A 4G communication module can be equipped according to user requirements, enabling remote maintenance and waveform viewing via mobile terminals through an encrypted gateway.
Online Commissioning
● The mobile terminal can connect to the mini-program via Bluetooth, allowing safe and convenient product commissioning and parameter setting through the mini-program.
